  Database application

Using a database and field codes together allows you to create label plates filled with data from the database in a very short time.
For example, this function permits you to make bulk mailing labels.

1. Open the database module and load the desired database ("Agipa Label Plus", "Database" then "File" and "Open" if you have already created a database; otherwise, complete the new database). Close the database module.

2. Select the template you want from the Control Panel (double-click on its name) or construct one from scratch (Control Panel button). You can also edit an existing template (double-click on its name) and save it under a new name using the editor. Do not forget to use the field codes. If the drop-down list of field codes does not show the active database fields, click on the "Fields" menu and verify that "Use the fields of the active database" has been checked. Otherwise, check this option.

3. Launch the print label wizard (button in Control Panel), check the last option and then follow the instructions !
