How do you print Agipa products in Microsoft Word ?

If you do not yet have the Agipa Label Plus software, you can still print your texts and images on Agipa labels thanks to Microsoft Word.
This page will help you to print on pre-defined label formats or new formats.
You will also see how to do bulk mailing with Agipa mailing labels.

 

  How to print Agipa labels in Microsoft Word 2000  
 
1. Select the "Envelopes and labels" option in the "Tools" menu,

then select the "Labels" tab and click on the "Options" button

2. Select the "Others" product category from the "international sizes" drop-down list then the AGIPA reference you want to use from the "reference number" list.

Click on "OK" to confirm.

3. Type your text into the "Labels" editing window to create a complete or partial page of labels. Click on "New document" to obtain the final document on which you can modify the font type and size as well as any other editing parameters.

 
   

  How to enter a new Agipa label format into Microsoft Word 2000  
 
1. Select the "Envelopes and labels" option from the "Tools" menu

then select the "Labels" tab and click on the "Options" button.

Then click on the "New Label..." button.

2. Enter the dimensions corresponding to the Agipa label format that you want to use.

Enter a reference so that you can identify the label later, then click on "OK".

 

3. Type your text into the "Labels" editing window to create a complete or partial page of labels. Click on "New Document" to obtain the final document on which you can modify the font type and size as well as any other editing parameters.

 
   

  How to do bulk mailing with Agipa labels in Microsoft Word 2000
 
1. Select the "Mail Merge" option from the "Tools" menu,

then click on the "Create" button. Then select the "Mailing labels" from the drop-down list, click on "New main document", select the "Labels" tab and click on the "Options" button.

2. Under "Data source", click on "Get data" once you have located the data source; then click on "Setup Main Document". If you do not have a data source, select "Create New Data Source" and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
Click on "OK" to confirm.

3. Select the "Other" product category from the drop-down list and then the AGIPA reference that you would like to use by clicking on "OK".

4. In the "Labels" dialogue box, click on "Insert Merge Field" to select the individual fields that you would like to insert into your labels (do not forget to leave the necessary spaces or lines between the fields), and then click on "OK" when this operation is complete.

5. Again in the "Mail Merge Help" window, select "Merge Data With Document" to obtain the main merged document, then click on "Merge" to finish the process and create the page(s) of labels on which you can then modify the font type as well as other editing parameters.
