Once upon a time… a gnome

Today we’ll show you how to make a costume that’s original and easy to make. Do you remember David the Gnome? Well, now you can have him at home 

MATERIALS

APLI Dressy Bond material

APLI EVA foam

APLI scissors

APLI stapler

APLI cutter

APLI wool

String

A pencil

STEP 1

Make a compass with a piece of string and a pencil to draw a circle.

STEP 2

Cut it out.

STEP 3

Fold into four parts and cut off the corner.

STEP 4

Make a slit to the centre.

STEP 5

Form a cone by turning it with your hands and then staple it.

STEP 6

Now you can make the beard. Once again use white Dressy Bond material and join the ends with some wool.

STEP 7

For the belt, you need a small rectangle of EVA foam and a long strip of black Dressy Bond material. Tie the belt up at the back with a knot.

And voilà! The little gnome is ready, irresistible, isn’t he?
