Pay Pay, how cool!

Hawaii, Bombay, are two pieces of heaven as the song says, however... it is much hotter right here! That is why we are going to make a nice pay-pay to spend a much cooler summer! :) MATERIALS Apli Scrapbook papers Apli natural and coloured sticks Apli elastic bands Apli permanent adhesive Apli scissors Pencil and ruler   STEP 1 Cut the scrapbook paper in a rectangle. With a pencil, mark 1.5 cm   vertical lines in each section. STEP 2 Fold the paper in an accordion shape along the marked lines.  STEP 3 Then fold it in half and glue the ends that touch each other with Apli permanent adhesive. Then bind them with a rubber band as shown in the photo. STEP 4 Paste an Apli wooden stick halfway up its length on each side.  STEP 5 Bind with another Apli band Now you have your Pay Pay to cool yourself down for what's left of the summer!
