Dragon Crafts to Celebrate Sant Jordi with Creativity

Material needed:

• Colored cardboard
• Cellophane paper
• Moving eyes
• Pom-poms
• Stickers
• Glue stick
• Adhesive tape
• Markers
• Scissors

Dragon Crown for Dressing Up

Let the little ones become the stars of the legend with this DIY dragon crown. All you need is some colored cardboards, scissors, tape, and glue. A perfect craft to quickly create a costume and let their imagination soar!

Step by step:

1. Make the base of the crown using two strips of green cardboard.
2. Fold different colored cardboards into triangles.
3. Glue a yellow rectangle onto each colored triangle to form the base.
4. Use adhesive tape to attach the yellow bases together and form the dragon's collar.

Dragon Bookmark

Reading has never been this fun! With this dragon-shaped bookmark, kids will love taking care of their favorite stories. Super easy to make and personalize however they like.

Step by step:

1. Cut a square out of a sheet of cardboard.
2. Fold a colored square following the steps below (you can watch the full video on our Instagram).
3. Decorate the base with markers.
4. Add the dragon’s teeth using white cardboard cutouts and stick on the moving eyes.
5. Finally, create the fire using red, orange, and yellow cardboard.

Fire-Breathing Dragon

A super fun craft! This dragon made from a cardboard tube and tissue paper breathes fire when you blow through it. Kids will love making their own and playing with it all day long.

Step by step:

1. Roll a green sheet of cardboard into a cylinder.
2. Glue on pom-poms and moving eyes to create the dragon’s eyes and snout.
3. Decorate with colorful stickers.
4. Cut strips of red, orange, and yellow cellophane paper and glue one end inside the cylinder to make the flames.
